Wonder Gel Request for a Return Procedure:

● Send us an email to contact@zellypurehealth.com with your order number and reason for the return.
● Just after your approval, a return instructions email will be sent out to you.
● Send the product back to the address you have in our reply.
After confirmation of receipt and confirmation of the authenticity of documents provided, the refund will be processed in the period of 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.

Please note: In case the item was damaged or incorrect in delivery, we don’t cover the return shipping cost.

No Returns on Capsule-Based Products

Safety, hygiene, and quality control are the reasons; therefore, we do not accept returns on ingestible products after they are shipped out. This is, but not limited to:

Exchanges Are Accepted (When Applicable)

Although we do not provide returns for all the products, we provide exchanges under certain terms, namely, in the following cases:

● Your order was tampered with in transit.
● The packaging was wrong (e.g., missing item).

To qualify for an exchange:

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

We pay great attention to packing your order carefully, but if something goes wrong still, please contact us in 7 days after delivery for any of the following issues:

● Something is not in your package
● A leaking item or a damaged item
